Terms of Service

By accessing QtMenu (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a restaurant or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

QtMenu provides a digital QR-based menu management and ordering platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time to improve performance or comply with regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized security breaches.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. All payments are processed via Paystack. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of your QR menu services. Fees are non-refundable unless required by Nigerian law.

Restaurants are solely responsible for the accuracy of menu prices, descriptions, and dietary information. QtMenu is not liable for disputes between restaurants and their customers regarding food quality or pricing errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
